Meet manager Eric Olson.

Before his career in apartment and property management, Eric Olson oversaw construction projects. After years of managing construction job sites, he brought his building expertise to Preview Rentals. Under his management, the company has continued to innovate and grow.

As a third-generation Skagit County resident, Eric knows the area and has strong ties to the community. He coaches his daughter's softball team and a local youth baseball team. His favorite Skagit County event is the annual giant pumpkin growing contest…. Is this the year he will win it?

Meet Shannon Meadows.

Prior to her career as a Property Manager, Administrative Assistant and Real Estate Professional, Shannon previously created a part time side business that grew to a full time business as a professional photographer in Skagit County. After years of building her photography business through organization and continued growth she had the opportunity to join the Preview Rentals team of professionals. With a rapidly growing business in Skagit County, organization was needed and she continues to grow the business inside the office, strongly from this aspect. 

Shannon was born and raised in Skagit County, now raising her children here as well. She enjoys being a part of her adult daughter's growing family as well as running her younger three children around to each of their sports and activities all over the county. She enjoys camping, fishing, gardening and trips with her Family.

Shannon’s dedicated to tenants and owners equally and enjoys communicating and providing both with updated tenants ledgers and owner financial reports or anything else that would make their day go as smoothly as possible. Life can surely throw some curves and renting or renting out your property shouldn’t be one of them. Shannon strives to make everyone's experience with Preview Rentals the best that it can be. 

Meet Property Manager, John Whitney.

John joins Preview Rentals with over 40 years experience in Real Estate. He has brokered countless transactions on both the sales and property management sides.  

John enjoys traveling and golf in his down time, as well as spending time with his family.

John Whitney, sold his Remax Valley Homes business in 2020 and still works part time time with Preview Rentals managing properties and selling homes in Skagit County. He’s a real asset to the team with his knowledge and expertise in the real estate field.
